He was really good on Southland. His transformation from idealistic wholesome rookie in Season 1 to corrupt asshole by the final season's end was so amazing to watch. Plus he was hot as he'll on that show.

Most of those ancient fuckers in the Senate don't even understand basics of the Internet. He seems to understand crypto and its perils. If he uses/used it, there's no reason not to include his comments.

McKenzie studied crypto and began warning the public about it being a scam last year, and a few months ago his book about it was released. He's been well known for this for about a year or so, maybe longer, and we had a pretty lengthy thread about it as well.

I honestly didn't realize no one on DL knew McKenzie was one of the few famous people speaking out about how people were going to get robbed by this crypto thing, and yes, that's notable in a world where every other celebrity was doing Super Bowl commercials about how great crypto is.

I remember watching The OC the day it premiered. Although I was all about Chris Carmack (Luke), Ben McKenzie was unquestionably the “DL fave back then.” Throughout the mid-aughts this place was rampant with rumors about Ben McKenzie’s sexuality…while Chris and Adam Brody were hardly mentioned. Actually, I seem to recall Peter Gallagher and Tate Donavan being mentioned more than Chris or Adam.
