After having her second child, Halliwell opened up about her post-baby struggles to The Mirror. She says that she is no longer concerned with losing weight, and is focusing on herself. Hallwell also encouraged other women to do the same. "Women go through so much, looking after themselves, looking after their families, getting their legs waxed, being a good wife, girlfriend… so many plates spin. Whether you're a giraffe, a hippo or a flamingo, you're OK. I think we need to take the pressure off women about how they look and bouncing back after baby weight. It's not fair, and I'm questioning how helpful it is to say to women 'omg you've just gone snap back'. Every single body is different."

Halliwell has been open about her struggles with eating disorders and dieting. She tells Shed You Weight that she is not going to restrict herself anymore. "I don't have a strict diet anymore. I'm a petite person and if I eat relatively healthily I'll stay that way."

Halliwell is an animal lover. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is go riding. She has shared several horseback riding photos and videos on Instagram. Halliwell posted this horseback riding reel, captioning it, "Yee hah!"

Halliwell likes to do different activities with her two kids. One thing she likes to do is go swimming with them. She shared this set of photos of herself and her son in the pool on Instagram. "Water supports and cushions the body, eliminating the kind of pounding associated with running. Because it's easy on the joints and muscles, swimming is often recommended for people with arthritis and other chronic conditions. The resistance of water also allows you to work out vigorously with little chance of injury," says Harvard Health.
